One in a series of Bokeh images…………..The Mill

21st September 2013

The weekend just gone saw us explore an abandoned mill in the Welsh countryside. Despite it only being 109 miles from home, it took nearly 3 hours to get there. Mostly rural roads and countryside but the trek was worth it.

A full report on this wonderful, photogenic place will be written in a few days but for now, one of the many obscure and abstract photos I took in this one room, single floor old mill.

I call this “Bell” for obvious reasons. It was attached to the side of one of the old looms and was taken with the Canon 100mm F2.8L Macro lens, wide open.

'Bell'

Thanks for looking in.
